Ally Weber

Drawing inspiration from Phantom's striking visuals, Ally and her fellow event partners curated an ambiance that transported guests into the mesmerizing world of the Phantom. From the opulent venue (Metropolitan Club) to the luxurious decorations, every element reflected the grandeur and allure that had captivated Broadway audiences for 35 years. Ally produced a pre-recorded concert for a Fortune 500 company's virtual holiday party. She booked and negotiated talent from Hamilton, developed the program (script, set-list, etc.), and oversaw the film crew.

Ally oversaw the logistics, execution, and on-site activation of promotional events at venues such as MetLife Stadium (pictured here) and Macy’s Herald Square.

This event immersed Road Conference attendees in the nostalgic ambiance of a Prom. It was complete with dancing and featured thematic decorations such as balloons and sequin tablecloths. Delightful touches included a video montage showcasing yearbook photos of Broadway leaders, a photo booth, and boutonnières. Photo by Rebecca J. Michelson.

Ally collaborated with Serino Coyne's partnerships team to seamlessly incorporate Spam, a brand partner of Spamalot, into the Broadway revival's "opening knight party." From custom Spam can floral arrangements, to Spam-infused menu items, and even a human-sized Spam can photo op, there was "A Lot" of Spam at this event.

Ally discovered Rival IQ, which powers the Broadway Social Report feature in Broadway Briefing Pro. Check out this press release for more information on the partnership:

Ally got Kevin Kline and Christopher Walken to send videos congratulating Glenn Close on being honored by The Museum of the Moving Image.
